Matthew used to live in the Costa Blanca with his wife, Jan where he taught Spanish and English. He has been a language teacher for over 17 years. See his qualifications He is now living in China where he teaches in a local school.

Jan lives with her husband Don and daughter on the Costa Blanca. She met Matthew whilst attending his Spanish language lessons and with him developied this site where video lessons could be presented online, so allowing people to study wherever and whenever suited them best. These online lessons could be used either as a suppliment to students own real time classes, or as a complete course in itself.

For a hobby, she also runs a community wesite based on forums for people who have an interest in the Costa Blanca, inlcuding the SLS Spanish Club forums.
